2. Can I get samples , is it charged ?

We are honored to offer you samples . It is charged , but we will refund you sample cost after you confirm the order and deduct this cost from the order amount directly .

3. What's your minimum order quantity?

100pcs/style for stock order, 300pcs/style for custom order.

4. How do you guarantee the quanlity ?

Before the production , we would make pre-production to confirm with customers . During the production , we have professional QC to inspect the products while manufacturing . And we also warmly welcome customer's QC to inspect the goods before shipment .

5.How to place the order?

We will make a quotation for you to the products you requested. After we are on the same page on the price, we will start the samples. Once the sample finished, we will send it to you by express. Then you can feedback if the sample needs to be amended. We will make a preproduction sample for you before the bulk production as the final sample. Then we will start the bulk production for you.

6.What's the leadtime ?

Our sample leadtime is 7-15 days , and bulk production time is 20-35 days , it depends on the designs and order quantity .

7.What's your payment term ?

A : 30% deposit before production , 70% balance before shipment . We can accept T/T , L/C , Paypal , Money Gram , Western Union , Credict Card , Escrow , etc . For different countries and regions , we can offer different payment solution .
